Our Return Policy

At Rug Depot Home, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and free of damage — with all original packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sales@rugdepothome.com or use our contact form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
  3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized rugs
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
